Computer proficient tasks and Job responsibilities: Assist and coordinates with the Property Manager on the needed administrative support and all related concern to project. Prepares files and disseminate letters, correspondence as directed and maintaining, updating and safekeeping of important documents as instructed. Handles and screen incoming telephone calls, mails and messages. Prepares documents and handles meetings and other special events. Arranges and schedules appointment, meetings of the Property Manager. Monitor everyday time record and leave schedule of personnel.
