S/he will be responsible for ensuring the consistency and clarity of the published API. Requirements Advanced Javascript/node.js. Experience designing and implementing RESTful backend services. Automated HTTP service testing. RDBMS (MySQL, postgreSQL, etc…). Solid understanding of software development fundamentals. Source code management systems (git, hg, svn, etc…). Automated unit testing. Nice to have AWS Linux. Infrastructure orchestration/containers (Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Puppet, etc…). Solid understanding of V8 and its execution models. Performance engineering. Understanding of program execution at a low level (memory management, threading, etc..). Web development (HTML/CSS)….
