H&M – Makati City, Metro Manila – As FACILITIES PROJECT MANAGER in H&M, you are responsible for supporting the Sales & Profit for the Area and new business by setting and implementing an FM strategy to deliver a Great Customer Experience in line with the H&M Group goals and Country Facility Management focuses. You support the Area and New Business by effectively and efficiently ensuring the delivery of FM Services for H&M Group that: – contributes to commercially attractive, well performing, and safe properties for customers and colleagues – secures the expected lifetime of the properties – contributes to the sustainability goals all at the lowest possible long term cost.
