Ensures that each regular employee and dependents (when applicable) are provided with their corresponding health benefit. Establish and maintain relationships with insurance companies in order to stay up to date on policies and offer employees the best possible options. Prepares and communicates information to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures. Assist in planning and implementing employee incentive and retention programs. Resolve conflicts with benefit providers for the purpose of validating enrollment eligibility and processing claims.
