The CSR will accurately and promptly respond to customer orders and inquiries to insure customer satisfaction. This position will provide or clarify information concerning products, regulatory/licensing issues, billing, status of accounts, complaints, credits, processing orders, stock status, pricing and promise dates to customers. The individual must be capable of reacting, in a positive manner, to highly stressful situations pertaining to patient surgeries.
