Makati City, Metro Manila Full time Customer Service Representatives have the obligation to maintain the highest level of service and communication with our customers and all departments. The CSR will accurately and promptly respond to customer orders and inquiries to insure customer satisfaction. This position will provide or clarify information concerning products, regulatory/licensing issues, billing, status of accounts, complaints, credits, processing orders, stock status, pricing and promise dates to customers. The individual must be capable of reacting, in a positive manner, to highly stressful situations pertaining to patient surgeries.
