Analyzes debugs and solves test related problems occurring during Probe, Final Test, and Relicapability process. 2. Defines and develops improvements in test efficiency, productivity, quality and yield through device focus. Specific tasks Provide engineering analysis, disposition, bench verification, evaluation, and corrective actions for non-conforming lots. Perform development and/or qualification of product, test program, hardware and process for the following: 1.1 Product Test Capcapability (PTC) 1.2 Yield improvement 1.3 Test time improvement 1.4 Containment test 1.5 Machine utilization improvement 1.6 Lot cycle time improvement Submit, review, and analyze qualification lots for Relicapability Process.
