Maintains logbooks and registers all visitors/inquiries/activities at the Site Office; 2. Provides tour information to all visitors/buyer/walk-in clients; 3. Closely monitors and coordinates with the agent-in-charge regarding request and inquiries of clients/buyers; 4. Properly endorses walk-in client/buyer to agents or agent-in-Charge to ensure proper assistance and service; 5. Makes presentations in behalf of the agents; Performs related tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
