BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSOCIATE – CHINESE

Philippines – Job Description: A full-time bilingual Customer Service Representative who will use Mandarin and/or Cantonese language/s as primary medium in dealing with overseas customers. Qualifications : ● Must have good business writing and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin or Cantonese. ● Previous experience related to the position in a BPO setting is an advantage. ● Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and other relevant computer applications is a must. ● Must be accurate, dependable, detail-oriented, and attentive to values accuracy. ● Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills. ● Internet and computer savvy. ● Willing to work on a graveyard shift in Imus City, Cavite. ● Call center experience is a plus.
