Pasig City, Metro Manila – 1.) The position is primarily responsible for partnering with management to formulate, develop and implement people management plans and programs aligned with the company’s total business strategy. Incumbent plans, leads, directs and manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource and Development Department to ensure timely delivery of quality people services and programs to employees, managers and work units and to provide guidance in the interpretation and implementation of people related policies. 2.) This position is also responsible for the formulation and review of people-related policies and the continuous review, improvement and alignment of all Human Resources and Development processes, KRAs and KPIs to corporate goals and objectives.
