Shangri-La – Cebu – Shangri-La’s Mactan Resort & Spa DUTIES: Under the general guidance of the Front Office Manager, the Ocean Club Manager oversees and maintains the operations of the Ocean Resort Club and directs / supervises the Ocean Club colleagues to ensure services are excellent and personalized. He/She will be the personal liaison for all Diamond, Jade, high profile, Event Organizers/Representatives/Business Owners, etc. who are staying in the Ocean Club Rooms. He/She collaborates closely with the Chief Concierge of the expectations of arrivals/departures of the above-mentioned Ocean Club Room guests. He/She ensures that the Ocean Club team is proactively aware of upcoming happenings in the resort, in order to drive experience and maintain cross-departmental sales.
